HR Placement Programme

Salary:

£25,000 per annum.

Duration:

12 months, commencing July 2026.

This 12-month placement is for motivated undergraduates who wish to gain experience in Human Resources. You will gain skills and knowledge in generalist HR, HR processes, people reporting and analytics, stakeholder management, and communication. This entry-level placement is perfect for someone studying a degree with the aim of entering the HR field. There may be opportunities to return to Bakkavor after graduation.

The most important thing for us is a motivated attitude and an ambition to progress within the food industry .

You must be an undergraduate currently studying towards a degree in any discipline (mid-degree, not mid-masters) .

You must have an existing right to work in the UK .

You must have demonstrated experience of working as part of a team .

You must have a desire to learn how Human Resources supports business success.
