We know that many students and graduates are experimenting with generative AI tools when preparing applications. Used carefully, they can be helpful for things like:

• polishing grammar and spelling

• structuring your answers more clearly

• generating practice interview questions

However, AI cannot replace the most important part of your application – showing us your genuine passion for Bakkavor and for building a career in the food sector.

Applications that rely too heavily on AI often sound less authentic, more generic, and don’t capture the individuality, enthusiasm, and drive we are looking for.

Remember: recruitment is a two way process. We want to connect the right people with the right role where they can thrive.
