Food Technology Placement Programme

12 months, commencing Monday 29th June 2026.

This 12-month placement is for undergraduates who want to gain experience in Food Technology within our technical department. You will gain skills in areas like food safety, microbiology, internal auditing, and technical systems. The role involves working within different functions, such as the Technical Factory QA Team, Technical Systems team, Raw Materials team, and Process Technologist team. Please note that a high proportion of your day will be spent within a factory environment.

The most important qualities we seek are a motivated attitude and a strong motivation to progress within the food industry .

You must be an undergraduate currently studying a food science or science-based degree (mid-degree, not mid-masters) .

You must have experience working as part of a team .

You must have an existing right to work in the UK .

A full UK driver's licence and own transport is mandatory for any Lincolnshire placements.

You will work with an experienced line manager with regular performance reviews to ensure your development.
